What is the difference between crisis management and crisis leadership? 

 

Simply stated, crisis management is a short-term reaction combined with implementing laser focused tactics to manage the situation. Crisis leadership is a long term, strategic approach that requires making tough decisions, advances the organization's guiding principles, and improves employee satisfaction and performance.

 

I will work with the executive team to determine the depth of need and prepare a crisis communications plans and / or a process improvement strategy to eliminate inefficiencies and risks.
